1, spiral belt turns materials up and down to mix;
2, the central spiral belt pushes the materials on both sides, and the outer spiral belt drives the materials to the center;
3. Each spiral drives the material to move axially and radially. The material is forced to form a relatively circular flow trajectory, causing the material to be fully mixed.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The mixing speed is fast, which can meet the harsh requirements of mixing raw materials with various physical properties. The rotating speed of the spiral belt is lower than the critical rotating speed, thus reducing the crushing effect of the spiral belt on materials (such as crystal particles);
