DSH Conical Twin Screw (Spiral) Mixer is an inverted conical body. There are two, three or a single spiral shaft in the cylinder that revolves along the cylinder under the state of rotation. The equipment is suitable for mixing powder and powder, powder and liquid (adding liquid to powder).

Working Principle

This machine relies on two non-alias screw impellers (spirals) to rotate around the shaft body while making planetary motion (revolution) around the central axis of the conical container with the help of the rotating arm, so it is also called planetary conical mixer. The material in the mixer embodies four forms of movement:
