PLC automatic control system is adopted for batching and weighing in the production line, manual feeding is adopted for small material proportion, pneumatic large-door self-locking non-gravity double-shaft paddle mixer is adopted for mixer, so as to make uniformity higher, valve air-blowing packaging machine is adopted for packaging without sewing, thus reducing labor cost, raw material sand is upgraded to storage tank through outsourcing manual feeding, and automatic weighing and proportioning is carried out. Equipment investment is about 500000, covering an area of about 2000 square meters.
