Main Technology

1. Isobaric air chamber, two-stage combustion, U-shaped combustion section can separate and collect unburned fine carbon particles, and can prolong its burning time (when two-end combustion is not used, the coal particles entering the furnace should be less than 10mm, if the coal particles are limited to 0-5mm);

2. The air distribution device with large pitch variable diameter air cap is adopted, it has good fluidization quality and combustion process, and reduces the influence of uneven air distribution caused by side wall effect;

3. Adopt large excess air coefficient, strengthen air agitation in the furnace, strengthen combustion, make coal burn fully in the furnace, uniform temperature, and convenient control;

4. Adopt reasonable suspension section structure, low flue gas flow rate and small amount of fine ash carried away, the maximum temperature of heating flue gas can reach 1050 ℃, and the coal particles burn more than 95%.
