DW Series Belt Dryer is a continuous drying equipment for batch production. It is used for drying sheet, strip and granular materials with good air permeability. It is especially suitable for dehydrated vegetables, Chinese herbal pieces and other materials with high moisture content but not high material temperature. This series of dryers have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength and good product quality. For paste materials of dehydrated filter cake, it can also be dried after being granulated or made into strips.
Working principle The materials in the
hopper are evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is dragged by the transmission device to move in the dryer. The drying section consists of several units, each unit of hot air independent circulation, of which part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special wet exhaust fan, each unit of the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. In the upper circulation unit, the air from the circulation fan enters the lower cavity of the unit through the side air duct, and the air flow is heated upward through the heat exchanger and distributed by the distributor. The jet is blown to the mesh belt and enters the upper cavity after passing through the material. The drying process is the hot air flow through the material layer to complete the heat and quality transfer process. The upper chamber is connected with the inlet of the fan by the air duct, most of the air flow circulates, and a part of the gas with lower temperature and higher moisture content is discharged as waste gas through the wet exhaust pipe, regulating valve and wet jumping fan. In the lower circulation unit, the air from the circulation fan first enters the upper chamber, is heated downward by the heat exchanger, passes through the material layer and enters the lower chamber. The lower chamber is connected with the fan inlet by the side air duct and the return air duct, and most of the gas circulates and some is discharged. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
