Working Principle
Hot air enters the bottom of the dryer from the inlet pipe at a suitable spouting speed and enters the stirring and crushing drying chamber, which produces strong shearing, blowing and rotating effects on the materials, so that the materials are particulated by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, thus enhancing mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and more wet particle mass is mechanically broken up under the action of the agitator, and the moisture content is lower. The particles with smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating air flow and are further dried during the rising process. Due to the gas-solid two-phase rotating flow, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than the gas phase, the relative velocity between the solid and gas two phases is larger, and the heat and mass transfer between the two phases is enhanced, so the production strength of the machine is high.

Due to centrifugal, shear, collision and friction, the materials are highly dispersed and the relative speed between gas and solid is relatively large, which enhances heat and mass transfer and makes the production strength of the machine high.
