Working Principle
Boiling Dryer uses filtered clean air to heat exchange through convection of heat exchanger, so that the air temperature rises to a certain temperature, enters the main engine for air distribution, and enters the boiler through valve plate distribution. Warm materials enter the dryer from the feeder. Due to the effect of wind pressure, the materials form a boiling state in the dryer, with hot air in extensive contact with the materials, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, and the water in the material is evaporated and separated in a relatively short period of time. This equipment generally has negative pressure operation. 0.1-6mm, the best particle size is 0.5-3mm.
