JRF series coal-fired hot blast stove
Overview
This furnace is a general-purpose hot air device, which can be used with various drying equipment. In the production of dry mortar, it provides a heat source for the drying of yellow sand.
The furnace has adopted high temperature resistant measures, so that the service life is greatly extended than that of the tubular hot blast stove, and the flue gas longitudinal scouring fins and negative pressure smoke exhaust mode are adopted. The heat exchange part does not accumulate dust, does not need to be cleaned, and the thermal performance is stable. All kinds of coal or wood can be used as fuel, and equipped with secondary air inlet device for combustion safety. The technical and economic indicators of each top of the furnace have reached the leading level in China.
