Overview
QM High Concentration Separation Spray Air Box Pulse Bag Filter is a new type of bag filter successfully developed by our company on the basis of traditional air box pulse bag filter and integrating the advantages of low pressure pulse filter. Can be widely used in all kinds of high concentration, high temperature, high humidity flue gas dust. Compared with other similar products, the equipment has the following remarkable characteristics:
1. pulse off-line cleaning, dust removal efficiency as high as 99.99%, dust without secondary adsorption, especially suitable for dealing with high concentration flue gas.
2. Use high-temperature flue gas to blow back to effectively prevent condensation and paste bag phenomenon.
3. The use of new easy-to-clean filter materials and reliable flue gas temperature tracking system can adapt to various flue gas conditions.
