Aerated Mortar Production Line is a sub-name of dry-mixed mortar production line, which is aimed at the sublimation of masonry plastering mortar used for aerated brick insulation bricks in the self-protection system. This mortar has the characteristics of high adhesion and strong crack resistance in use, and has been well received by the construction unit. Through the new environmental protection boiling furnace, three return drying system, high efficiency drum type screening system, accurate weighing, mixing system, automatic weighing packaging machine to implement seamless docking production. And each feed point is equipped with a high-efficiency dust removal system, and meet the national emission standards. The operation control system of the whole production line is controlled by computer operation PLC. The implementation of fully automated production module, to achieve automatic and manual integrated production, even if the computer fails to implement manual production equipment investment of about 2.5 million, covering an area of 5000 square meters.
