1, the system is stable and reliable. Twisting cores (such as PLC and physical industrial control computer) are independent of each other and can not interfere with each other in maintenance. All external input (output) points are photoelectric isolated to adapt to harsh field environment.
2. The batching instrument adopts intelligent control, which can accumulate batching errors and automatically correct them.
3. The system can be equipped with one or more batching meters as required. Each batching meter can batch for 4-15 minutes, store 10-20 formulas, and upload all data to the integrated industrial control computer.
4. The low-voltage power distribution system is controlled by Siemens PLC to ensure the scientific logical operation relationship of all actuators and make the system fully automated, and the alarm record of the executable element is uploaded to the integrated industrial control computer.
5. The integrated industrial control computer can realize the recording, statistics and ship control of on-site data. It is also equipped with a large-capacity memory to save data for several years and can also output statistical data (including day, month and year) in time through a printer.
