This series of packaging machines adopts international brand weighing control instruments to control metering and all electrical driving components adopt non-contact and anti-interference imported components suitable for the special environment of explosion-proof production. At the same time, it adopts three-sided sealed gates and inner and outer steel pipe protective discharging interfaces. So as to ensure the reliable quality, long-term use does not leak, not card, not blocked, the operation is very convenient.

Equipment Installation
1. Use air pressure feeding system to feed. The powder particles of the packaged materials shall be less than 5mm. Therefore, there should be screening equipment before the packaging process.
2. Before installation, check the main and auxiliary parts and list to ensure that they are correct.
3. A sealing gasket must be added at the hopper interface of the packaging machine to fix the foundation base reliably
4. The control instrument shall be powered by dedicated line and the body shall be connected with grounding wire.
